Pricing is by volume — how much space your stuff takes up in the trailer — plus any extra labor for heavy or hard-to-reach items. You get a flat quote before we start, so there are no surprises. Text a few photos for the fastest ballpark.
We book jobs every day of the week, and it’s often the same day or the next — depending on the schedule and how big the job is. If you’re working against a deadline, say so and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Not always. For curbside or garage jobs we can often handle it with photos and a phone call. For inside-the-home cleanouts it’s usually best to meet at the start so you can point out what stays and what goes.
Hazardous material — wet paint, solvents, motor oil, propane tanks, chemicals, asbestos. We can point you to the right drop-off for those. Just about everything else in a house, garage, yard or rental is fair game.
Anything still usable goes to donation. Metal, cardboard and green waste go to recycling. Only what’s truly done heads to the transfer station. We recycle and donate whenever we can.
